Сливной насос (drain pump) — небольшой электромотор с крыльчаткой (impeller), который откачивает воду из бака в сливной шланг (drain hose).
Front-load: стоит внизу спереди, сразу за сливным фильтром (drain filter) — у LG, Samsung, Whirlpool Duet фильтр и насос часто одна сборка. Доступ — через нижнюю переднюю панель (lower access panel) или снизу/сзади.
Top-load: у современных Whirlpool/Maytag (VMW, Cabrio, Bravos) — внизу под баком, доступ сзади или снизу (машину наклоняют). У старых Whirlpool direct drive насос висит на моторе на двух клипсах и крутится от вала мотора. У GE top-load — снизу, за нижней панелью или через низ.
The drain pump is a small electric motor with an impeller that pushes water out of the tub into the drain hose.
Front-load: at the bottom front, right behind the drain filter — on LG, Samsung and Whirlpool Duet the filter and pump are often one assembly. Access is through the lower front panel or from underneath/the back.
Top-load: on modern Whirlpool/Maytag (VMW, Cabrio, Bravos) it sits under the tub, reached from the back or bottom (tilt the washer). On older Whirlpool direct-drive washers the pump hangs on the motor with two clips and is driven by the motor shaft. On GE top-loads it is at the bottom behind a lower panel or from underneath.

- ❌ НеисправнаFaulty
OL / бесконечность — обрыв обмотки, насос под замену. Около 0 Ω — короткое замыкание. Нормальное сопротивление не гарантирует исправность: сломанная крыльчатка или заклинивший ротор электрически «звонятся» нормально.
OL / infinite — open winding, replace the pump. Near 0 Ω — shorted. A normal reading does not prove the pump is good: a broken impeller or seized rotor still reads fine electrically.
Обесточить машину (вынуть вилку), перекрыть воду. Слить остаток воды через сливной фильтр в тазик/на полотенца.
Unplug the washer and shut off the water. Drain the remaining water through the drain filter into a pan/towels.
Сначала механика: открыть фильтр, вынуть мусор, пальцем/фонариком проверить крыльчатку. Крыльчатка должна проворачиваться рывками (магнитный ротор), но не болтаться свободно и не стоять намертво.
Mechanical first: open the filter, clear debris, check the impeller with a finger/flashlight. It should turn in steps (magnetic rotor), not spin totally free and not be locked solid.
Снять разъём с насоса (держать за разъём, не за провода). Щупы — на две клеммы насоса.
Unplug the pump connector (pull the connector, not the wires). Put the probes on the two pump terminals.
Сравнить показания с tech sheet модели (он обычно лежит внутри корпуса или под консолью).
Compare the reading with the model's tech sheet (usually inside the cabinet or under the console).
Если сопротивление в норме, но насос не работает — проверить питание: в сервисном тесте слива на разъёме насоса должно быть ~120 V AC. Есть 120 V, а насос стоит — менять насос; нет напряжения — искать проводку/плату управления (control board).
If resistance is fine but the pump does not run, check power: in the service drain test the pump connector should see ~120 V AC. 120 V present but pump dead — replace pump; no voltage — check the harness/control board.
🔧 ЗаменаReplacement
- Обесточить, перекрыть воду, слить воду через фильтр (будет 1–3 литра — подстелить полотенца).
- Снять доступ: у front-load — нижнюю переднюю панель (у LG — часто весь перед), у top-load — заднюю панель или наклонить машину назад.
- Снять разъём, пассатижами разжать хомуты и снять шланги (бак → насос и насос → слив).
- Открутить винты/отщёлкнуть защёлки крепления насоса и вынуть его.
- Поставить новый, вернуть шланги и хомуты до упора, подключить разъём.
- Пробный цикл «Drain & Spin» со снятой панелью — смотреть на протечки.
- Unplug, shut off water, drain through the filter (expect 1–3 quarts of water — lay towels).
- Gain access: front-load — lower front panel (on LG often the whole front), top-load — rear panel or tilt the washer back.
- Unplug the connector, squeeze clamps with pliers and pull off both hoses (tub → pump and pump → drain).
- Remove mounting screws/release tabs and lift out the pump.
- Install the new one, push hoses fully on with clamps, reconnect.
- Run a Drain & Spin test with the panel off and watch for leaks.

- **Сначала фильтр и шланги.** Большинство вызовов «не сливает» — это засор в фильтре, переломленный сливной шланг или носок в шланге бак→насос, а не сам насос.**Filter and hoses first.** Most "won't drain" calls are a clogged filter, kinked drain hose or a sock in the tub-to-pump hose, not the pump itself.
- У многих front-load насос продаётся отдельно от корпуса фильтра (pump motor) или в сборе (pump assembly) — посмотрите, какой вариант дешевле для конкретной модели.On many front-loads the pump motor is sold separately from the filter housing or as a full pump assembly — check which option fits/costs less for the model.
