- Не проверяй работу активатора рукой в баке при включённой машине — только визуально, крышка/замок в штатном режиме или через сервисный тест.Never feel the agitator with your hand while the washer is powered — watch it only, with the lid/lock in normal mode or via the service test.
- Пусковой конденсатор мотора хранит заряд — разряди его через резистор перед замером.The motor capacitor stores a charge — discharge it through a resistor before testing.
- Машину на бок/перед кладут вдвоём и пустую.Tip the washer onto its side/front only when empty and with a helper.

Выключи машину из розетки. Спроси клиента и, если можно, посмотри сам в начале стирки (с закрытой крышкой, через стекло, или в сервисном тесте «agitate»):
- Слышно ли мотор (гудение, щелчки)?
- Двигается ли хоть что-то: низ активатора, барабан, шкив снизу?
- Отжим работает? (Если отжим есть, а стирки нет — мотор жив, ищем в передаче к активатору: собачки, шлицы, актуатор, редуктор.)
Unplug the washer. Ask the customer and, if possible, watch for yourself at the start of wash (lid closed, through the glass, or via the service “agitate” test):
- Can you hear the motor (hum, clicks)?
- Does anything move — agitator bottom, drum, the pulley underneath?
- Does it spin? (If it spins but won’t agitate, the motor is alive — look in the path to the agitator: dogs, splines, actuator, transmission.)
