Резиновые/пластиковые колёсики на осях, на которых лежит и крутится барабан. Барабан тяжёлый (особенно с мокрым бельём), поэтому ролики изнашиваются: появляются плоские места, разбивается втулка, ось стирается.
Сколько и где — зависит от конструкции:
• Whirlpool / Kenmore / Maytag 29" — два ролика сзади на задней стенке (rear bulkhead); спереди барабан лежит на скользящих накладках (drum glides).
• Whirlpool Duet / фронтальные Whirlpool — ролики на нижней передней перегородке (front bulkhead) и сзади.
• Frigidaire / Electrolux — до пяти роликов спереди и сзади.
• Samsung, LG — ролики сзади и спереди, на пластиковых или металлических осях.
• GE (старые 27") — роликов нет: сзади барабан на подшипнике (rear drum bearing), спереди — на накладках.
Rubber/plastic wheels on shafts that support and carry the drum as it turns. The drum is heavy (especially with wet laundry), so rollers wear: flat spots form, the hub wears oval, the shaft wears.
How many and where depends on the design:
• Whirlpool / Kenmore / Maytag 29" — two rollers on the rear bulkhead; the front of the drum rides on drum glides.
• Whirlpool Duet / Whirlpool front-load — rollers on the lower front bulkhead and at the rear.
• Frigidaire / Electrolux — up to five rollers front and rear.
• Samsung, LG — rollers rear and front, on plastic or metal shafts.
• GE (older 27") — no rollers: the rear of the drum rides on a rear drum bearing, the front on glides.

Заедает, шуршит, есть люфт, плоские места, трещины, стёртая ось — менять.
Binds, grinds, has play, flat spots, cracks, or a worn shaft — replace.
Обесточь. Сними ремень с мотора (отжав натяжной ролик) и покрути барабан рукой: шум от роликов останется, шум от мотора/вентилятора пропадёт.
Unplug. Slip the belt off the motor (by pushing the idler) and turn the drum by hand: roller noise stays, motor/blower noise goes away.
Сними барабан (по сервисному руководству модели) и покрути каждый ролик пальцем.
Remove the drum (per the model service manual) and spin each roller with a finger.
Покачай ролик на оси, осмотри резину и ось.
Wobble each roller on its shaft, inspect the tread and shaft.
🔧 ЗаменаReplacement
Снять барабан. Ролик держится на оси пластиковой треугольной или металлической шайбой-фиксатором: подденьте её отвёрткой (держи рукой — улетает), снимите ролик. Изношенную ось меняют (на Whirlpool она откручивается гайкой сзади, на Frigidaire — 14 мм). Ролики меняют всем комплектом, заодно ставят новый ремень и натяжной ролик.
Remove the drum. The roller is held on its shaft by a triangular plastic or metal retainer clip: pry it off with a screwdriver (cover it — it flies), slide the roller off. Replace a worn shaft (on Whirlpool it is held by a nut at the rear, on Frigidaire 14 mm). Replace rollers as a full set, and fit a new belt and idler pulley while you are in there.

Ролики меняют всегда парой/всеми сразу. Раз барабан снят — разумно поставить ремкомплект: ролики + ремень + натяжной ролик (детали дешёвые, работа та же). Время больше на фронталках Samsung/LG, где снимают переднюю панель.Always replace rollers as a set. With the drum out, a full kit (rollers + belt + idler) makes sense — cheap parts, same labor. Takes longer on Samsung/LG where the front panel comes off.

- Сушилку открыли ради роликов — сразу посмотри накладки (glides), войлочные уплотнители (felt seals), ремень и натяжной ролик. Готовые «ремкомплекты» (maintenance kit) это и включают.While the drum is out for rollers, check glides, felt seals, belt and idler. Maintenance kits include all of these.
- Ролики не смазывают маслом, если производитель этого не предусматривает: масло собирает ворс.Do not oil rollers unless the manufacturer allows it: oil collects lint.
